Performance & Recovery Evaluation

This session is the starting point for all new clients.

The evaluation is designed to understand how your body is currently tolerating training, stress, and daily demands, and to determine whether ongoing performance & recovery work is appropriate.

This is not a treatment session or a one-off service.
It’s a decision-making session.

What This Session Includes

  • Focused discussion of training, pain history, and goals

  • Movement observation and tolerance testing

  • Targeted hands-on work where appropriate

  • Clear explanation of what’s limiting progress

  • Direction on next steps

You’ll leave with clarity — whether that means continuing care, adjusting how you train, or being referred elsewhere.
