Performance Bodywork Sessions

Targeted bodywork sessions designed to address specific pain points, stiffness, or movement restrictions that may interfere with training and recovery.

These sessions are best suited for:

  • Follow-up work between training phases

  • Addressing localized pain or restriction

  • Supporting recovery during higher training loads

(30-, 60-, and 90- minute options available)


Ongoing Performance Support

This option is available to clients who have completed the Performance Reset.

Ongoing Performance Support is designed to maintain progress, adapt to changing training demands, and continue building strength and resilience over time. Sessions may include strength training, bodywork, or a hybrid approach based on current needs.

Important Notes

  • Please select a time you can fully commit to

  • A 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling or cancellation

  • Wear clothing appropriate for movement

  • Sessions are individualized and may vary week to week

For youth athletes (14+), a parent or guardian must be present for sessions.
